The newest horror which started in 2014 is appearance of a team of dogcatchers , organisation, called Avenija mb.
Dog catchers AVENIJA MB work in cooperation with their affiliates from various Serbian Councils , who steel from their own citizens, from council budget, claiming they do it for the sake of the whole society. Big scam, where dogs end up dead, abused , starved to death, infected , with no veterinarian care, if they ever survive transport in inappropriate vehicles, on distances more than 200 km.
This is their enclosed, metal trailer, which operates on temperatures 40 C plus and 10 Celsius minus.
At the same time, to get public support and hide own dirty traces, councils involved in this scam, engage own local media to spread fear from pack of dogs, which attack people and share diseases. It helps also to share hatred of uneducated citizens towards abandoned dogs and cover up big theft.
Registered Pest controller , Avenija MB, is allowed in Serbia to catch homeless dogs and establish own , legally approved shelter= concentration camp. Who approved it? Their affiliates.
They have never obtained any training in animal welfare, although it is required by the law. They are politicly approved organisation, what means, they are above the Law. This is corruption at its worst level.

Instead to destroy pest, they destroy dogs, which are obviously considered pest.
They have contracts with numerous councils in Serbia, getting nearly all tenders for humane catching dogs and accommodating them. How humane it is, we will show .They even have shelter, which is registered and all complaints to conditions there, were refused by authorities.The Welfare Group at Ministry for Agriculture, had no objections. All is fine. Is it? Making photos in „shelter“ is NO NO thing, but there is a photo from before. People who went there to get their stolen dogs, had just only sad stories to tell.
This is the dog, they returned to the place where he was caught, which happens rarely.
Court cases against them are still waiting for justice. Is there any justice where corruption rule?
They even attack animal welfare activists , which try to save dogs. This photo is from March 2016. Even Police support them.

We talk about the country where average income is 400 euros per month, where the most of factories don’t work, where same those public utilities have no money to pay wages, but they have thousands of euros to pay to Avenija MB. How strange is that?

IN 2014 AVENIJAMB GOT JOBS IN VALUE OF 90.480 EUROS.
IN 2015. IT WAS 112.280 EUROS.
IN THREE MONTHS 2016. IT WAS 68.480 EUROS.
WHICH COUNCILS DURING 3 YEARS, FROM 2014 TO 2016, PAID THE BIGGEST AMOUNTS? ARE THERE MORE DOGS TO CATCH THAN ANYWHERE ELSE?
BAJINA BASTA COUNCIL AUGUST 2014. PAID 24.000 EUROS
VRNJACKA BANJA ON THREE TENDERS IN ONE MONTH PAID EACH TIME 5.100 EUROS, WHICH IS 15.300 EUROS. (BY THE WAY, FAMILY STEVANOVIC WHO RUN PEST control, who are dogcatchers ARE FROM THAT COUNCIL.)
VELIKA PLANA PAID IN FEBRUARY 2015. AMOUNT OF 18.330 EUROS.
THAN AGAIN, BAJINA BASTA, IN MAY 2015 PAID 17.500 EUROS.
AGAIN, VELIKA PLANA, MARTCH 2016 , PAID 28.330 EUROS.
THESE ARE THE HIGHEST AMOUNTS. BUT , ALL OTHERS ARE NOT SMALL EITHER.
FROM 600 EUROS TO 24.000 EUROS.
FOR CATCHING DOGS, TRANSPORTING THEM ALL AROUND, ON DISTANCES BIGGER THAN 200 KM. THE MOST CREATIVE NAME FOR THESE SERVICES WAS GIVEN BY MUNICIPALITY OF IVANJICA.
IT WAS CALLED “SERVICES IN ZOOLOGY”. THEY PAID IN MARTCH 2016 , 10.416 EUROS.
At the same time, all councils run campaign , supported by their local media where they claim how much their poor society must pay to save society from pest, called homeless dogs. Which spread hatred between citizens and allow them to continue their fraud.
THERE ARE MANY QUESTIONS:
WATCHING FROM COUNCIL’S POINT OF VIEW, THROWING MONEY AWAY OR IN PRIVATE POCKETS:
– WHAT COULD THEY DO TO HELP REDUCING DOG’S POPULATION ON HUMANE WAY WITH THAT MONEY? – TO START BUILDING SMALL SHELTER? – WHY DIDN’T THEY?- WHERE IS THE MONEY REALLY GONE? – ARE their ACTIONS ACTUALLY MALICIOUS?
Taking provider of the services Avenija MB into the consideration:
What are their costs? Why are their services of humane catching dogs so expensive? Fuel, Labour, how many employed they have to operate on distances up to 200 km, to transport dogs? How much did they invest to expend shelter’s capacities, to buy new vehicles?
Taking into the consideration benefits of whole , pretty poor society, solving the problem of overpopulation of homeless dogs on the streets , we must ask following questions: Wouldn’t it be cheaper and more productive to invest the money into new small shelters, in sterilisation of dogs, adoption of dogs, education of the people ? Supporting current shelters run by sincere animal lovers, than to fill up the pockets of organisation, which cares only for own profit, mercilessly and cruelly treating dogs.
Is it humane catching and transporting dogs on distances over 200 km in metal enclosed trailer , so small , is it lawful. Why is it necessary ? They can be accommodated in their council.
Why are all who are against this cruelty and corruption exposed to mobbing and verbal and physical attacks ?
There is only one answer. Money. Big amount of money is in the question. That’s why. Big fraud on behalf of poor dogs.
And, this is how dogcatchers represent themselves for media. In white gloves, they return spayed/neutered dogs to their home towns. How nice.
