Ovo su podaci, koje je ESDAW,Evropska organizacija za Zaštitu Životinja
objavila , koji su preuzeti sa sajta Medjunarodne Kinološke federacije, gde je
statistički prikazan broj registrovane štenadi, broj legla, vlasnika, broj
pobednika, broj vlasnika i broj pasa. Broj koji je užasavajući, za
zemlje u kojima je status Odgajivačnica potpuno nesredjen, gde niko ne
kontroliše ni legla, ni dobrobit, apsolutno ništa, a kao takvi su dospeli do
Medjunarodne Kinološke organizacije. I u kolikom broju?
Ogroman novac je u igri, pa se zato mudro ćuti.

Kada čitate statistiku i cifre o rasama, čovek se zapita, Da li su ovi
„Ljubitelji pasa“, sa svojim omiljenim čistim rasama ( a čiste rase su ustvari
mešavine rasa), zaista ljubitelji pasa ?
Ako Evropski vlasnici zaista vole pse, kako mogu da se prave da ne primećuju da
u Evropi živi 75 miliona odbačenih pasa, koji pate???
Da li su ovi ljudi Slepi, Gluvi, Nesvesni, Egoisti, Bezdušni?
Šta je to što ih nagoni da nastavljaju razmnožavanje, kupovinu , prodaju i

Činjenica je da se odgajivači dele na one iskrene zaljubljenike u rasu, koji su
retki, i na one iskrene zaljubljenike u mogućnost dolaženja do lakog profita,
što je većina „odgajivača“, koja ulazi u priču sa gramzivim ciljevima, ne
shvatajući da pravi odgajivači ne mogu tek tako , bez mnogo uložene energije i
sredstava, da uspeju. Kada to shvate, njihova legla su već na ulici , prave
nove beskućnike i snabdevaju zoohigijene i Aveniju MB novim žrtvama. Nadležni
MORAJU DA RAŠČISTE OVU CRNU GRANU EKONOMIJE I DA NAS KONAČNO ČUJU. Dosta je
glumljenja Autizma i nebuloznih odgovora na dopise. Pogledajte cifre. Srbija
37062 štenadi prijavljeno, 10.636 legla. Gde su oni upisani u zemlji? Gde? Nigde.
Ko ih kontroliše? Niko.
KO ih oporezuje? Niko.

From the following link you can see the nuber of registered puppies, litters, owners registered etc.
The numbers are terrifying, when we take into the consideration the fact , how many dogs are abandoned and killed each year in the most of the countries mentioned.
We paid our attention to Balkan region, Serbia, where The Breeders work with no veterinary inspection, no control whatsoever, absolutely unregistered anywhere other than at Local Federation of Breeders, which doesn’t guarantee any quality of breeds, any animal welfare. From more than 3000 breeders of dogs in Serbia, only 2 are registered at Veterinary Directorate. What means that they are all just PUPPY MILLS. However, they are registered at Local Association and REGISTERED IN INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION. How?
All our efforts to pursue Veterinary Directorate, to act, to solve the question of unregistered puppy mills, which call themselves The Breeders, failed. For some reason, only them known, they don’t make any movement. At the same time, thousands of dogs are being thrown on the streets, taken into local pounds and killed.
These are the numbers from International Federation. Please note that Serbia has a bit more than 7 million inhabitants.
PUPPIES registered with the studbook and the appendix Serbia 37.062, LITTERS registered with the studbook and the appendix 10.363. PURE-BRED DOGS REGISTERED WITH THE STUDBOOK 37.770.

You know, when you read the statistics and figures on breeds …. one wonders – are these „dog-loving people“ with their favorite pure-bred dog (which originally is a mix of other breeds), really animal lovers?
I mean, if the European dog owners really loves dogs, how can they turn a blind eye that in Europe (only), living around 75 million abandoned and suffering dogs?
Are these people:
1. Blind
2. Deaf
3. Unaware
4. Egoists
5. Heartless
Or what is it that they continue to breed, buy and compete – and maintain this dog-producing industry. Can someone explain this to me?

We agree with every single word.
The breeders include those sincerely in love with the breed, which are rare, and those sincerely in love with the easy profiting, which are the most, who don’t understand that real breeders can’t success with a lot of energy, love and effort .
Once they realise it, their fake litters are on the street, making new homeless dogs, and in Serbia case, feed Serbian corrupted pounds and Avenija MB, dogcatchers with new victims.
Those in charge, Veterinary Directorate, must bring the order into this black economy , this black horror, and to open their ears and finally show the signs that they hear us. It is enough of acting BLIND and DEATH to all our reports. Serbia registered in 2015 more than 37.000 puppies at THE INTERNATIONAL FEDERATION CINOLOGIQUE . More than 10.000 litters. Where are they registered in the country? Nowhere.
Who controls them? Nobody.
Whom do they pay any tax? No tax for them. WHY? WHO FAILED ?
