Pas Dobra iz Vranja
Ja nemam ime. Ja sam Ulični Pas iz Vranja, sterilisana, vakcinisana, a stalno me vuku kleštima, hvataju, pa onda na insistiranje aktivista, koji me hrane I paze, puštaju, pa opet hvataju. Znaju me oni dobro, kao što znaju sve pse, al pare su im bitne. Naši životi su nevažni. Al dani boravka u tom kazamatu se broje I cena se piše. To im je bitno. Umreću ovako , ubiće me jednoga dana kad im pofali neko da naplate eutanaziju, kad me proglase na smrt bolesnom.
Zvaćemo je DOBRA. Ona je ličnost i ovo je njena priča.
Ona je jedan od pasa , za koje i Vet Stanica Vranje, njeno nelegalno prihvatilište i hvatači pasa iz JKP Komrad dobro znaju da su sterilisani, vakcinisani , da ima ko o njima da brine ,ali kako ih puste, tako ih ponovo kupe, muče, dave, vuku kleštima koja su po zakonu zabranjena, bez čitača mikročipa, kao u srednjem veku , kako bi keširali novac na ime njhovih života, svima nebitnih. Psi su kolateralna šteta u trci za Profitom. Pretužna situacija u Vranju, katastrofi za pse.
Truo Ljudski faktor. Bezdušnici.
Na sve naše prijave, Inspektorka nema primedbi. Jeste, azil nije registrovan, biće. Grad nema Program mera , napraviće. No. No. Ništa to nije.
Borićemo se da se ovo zaustavi, ma kako jak bio aparat lokalne korupcije, bez obzira na položaje koje korumpirani zauzimaju. Ovo se mora zaustaviti.
Po ponovnom hvatanju, pre par dana, po puštanju na insistiranje aktivista, Dobra je nestala. Traži se. Do sklanjanja na sigurno i udomljenja.

I have no Name. I am Stray Dog.
We will call her Dobra= The Good. She is personality and this is her story.
She was taken again a few days ago into unregistered shelter of Veterinary station Vranje ,although neutered, vaccinated , with carers who look after her, on the street as per Catch/Neuter/Return Program. But, in spite of spine damage which limits her movements, Pound’s dog catchers don’t leave her in peace. They catch her again,as all others , whenever they miss dogs to fill up their „shelter“, to be able to claim Councils money for their illegal and unlawful work. They drag them with metal tongs, which are banned, they have no microchip reader and they don’t care. Middle century.
So, Dobra goes in and out. She is just one of many dogs who serve local Dogcatchers, Unregistered Shelter of private Veterinary Station Vranje , to continue their illegal deal with Council in hunt for Profit.
What if one day, this illegal Shelter needs dogs to approve their costs for euthanasia injections? EUTHANASIA IS ILLEGAL IN SERBIA. BUT LAW IS NOT ENFORCED. CORRUPTION RULE.
Will she be the next? And what about all those who were already killed and presented as „happily returned to street“ or „ terribly sick to be returned“?
This fake Animal Shelter must be shut down and we will do the best we can to force it, whatever it takes.
Upon release, a few days ago, Dobra disappeared. Activists are looking to find her.
We will organize transfer to secure place and look for adoption. Far away from evil people.
Is this a humane way of saving dogs, why did Local Council sign the Contract with this type of „people“ ? To all our Reports, Veterinary inspectors had no objections. How is it possible ? Are they blind, or just CORRUPTED. (document is above posted).
Well, Bad Luck. We won’t give up. This is just the beginning of this story. Dobra is a Symbol for all those poor abandoned soles, tortured , used and killed. For pure Profiting Story, of inhumane „humans“.
Zašto se ne zatvori azil u Davidovcu kad nije registrovan,zasto svi koji rade u njemu ne odgovaraju i budu kažnjeni,zasto se ne stane na put tom kabadahiji Nenadu Janjiću koji radi šta hoće.Ne poseduju obuku on kao tehničar steriliše,hvataju pse klječtima a ynamo da je po zakonu zabranjeno.Pa šta se čeka tokle taj javašluk..Kako se samo ne boje Boga,nemože dobro da im se vrati.
To se i mi pitamo i ne odustajemo.
Dali mozete napraviti peticiju pa da potpisujemo da se to zlo vec jednom zaustavi,jer mi smo puno postigli potpisivanjem peticije.Dali ste nasli Dobru?
Možemo da napravimo Peticiju. Kao dodatak svim dopisima koje šaljemo, a koje koruptivne vlasti preskaču. Dobra nije nadjena, a vrlo je teško dokazati, da možda nikada i nije izašla iz tog konc logora. Radimo sve što je u našoj moći.
