Prihvatilište za pse Vranje zvanično Neregistrovano

Slučaj Veterinarske stanice Vranje, na čiji rad postoje brojne pritužbe već godinama, prijave, gde psi nestaju, umiru, a tvrdi se da je sve u savršenom redu i po zakonu, ima nove momente. Izveštaj Veterinarske inspekcije je stigao.

Tu se kaže da:

1. Prihvatilište NE POSEDUJE REŠENJE O UPISU U REGISTAR PRIHVATILIŠTA. (Tako već godinama radi i dobija poprilične sume iz budžeta grada). Ali nema veze, podneli su pri kontroli, zahtev za registraciju, i to 13.04.2016. Posle koliko godina rada?

2. Zaposleni NEMAJU OBUKU O DOBROBITI, ali, to je zato što uslovi nisu regulisani podzakonskim aktima. Nisu krivi. ?????????

3. Grad NEMA PROGRAM KONTROLE PASA I MAČAKA , pa im je naloženo da taj minorni nedostatak što pre otkloni, do 12.05.2016. ???????

4.Pas Ćopa, koji je snimljen kako krvari i umire(link je objavljen i svi fotosi), prema evidenciji prihvatilišta je, vakcinisan, sterilisan, pa srećno pušten u slobodu. Kako je i vakcinisan protiv besnila i odmah sterilisan?? Možda je tako bolje zbog cenovnika i naplata života i smrti tih jadnih bića. A kako je pušten? Živ ili mrtav?

Dakle, sa neregistrovanim prihvatilištem , Opština sklapa ugovor o javnoj nabavci usluga humanog zbrinjavanja pasa u martu 2016. I obavezuje se da placa komercijalnu cenu sterilizacije od 3.900 din.

Sve gore navedeno , prema dopisu, nije uopšte važno i ništa strašno i gospoda će nastaviti i dalje svoj isplativi biznis, bez i jednog jedinog ukora.

Izveštaj Veterinarske inspekcije je tu. Idemo dalje! Mnogo su se brojne službe navikle da širenjem magle mogu kako hoće. Vremena su se promenila.

Ko održava večiti vatru, neugasivu, korupcije ? Pa vlast. I svi oni koji joj služe. Psi beskućnici su im kolateralna šteta na putu u nezakonito bogaćenje. Nećemo dozvoliti. Ljudi se povezuju, Udruženja reaguju, idemo dalje bez odustajanja . Ovog bednog korišćenja slabijih od sebe je dosta. Toliko je podlo i jeftino i srozava nas na najgore na lestvici humanog odnosa prema životinjama. A to ne zaslužujemo, ni mi, koji imamo svesti o humanosti i etici, ni jadne životinje koje od nas zavise.

Naravno, slikanje je zabranjeno, u neregistrovanom prihvatilištu Vet Stanice Vranje, kao i svuda gde se muti , pa možemo da stavimo samo fotose koji nisu baš najsvežiji. Ali po svedočenjima očevidaca nisu ni prineti stvarnoj slici tog logora.

Dog’s shelter Davidovac Vranje is not registered. Works unlawfully for years

There were many complaints on the work of vet stat vranje which is in charge of dogs shelter which they run for years. They were even sued for inhumane treatment of dogs, there are witnesses who are proving that many dogs were actually killed by unskilled people who work there.

We already reported abut dogs, puppy who was only 2 months old, but according to data on records was desexed, soon after died. Dog named Copa, as per witnesses died after severe bleeding after an operation.

We insisted upon following information , from Veterinary Inspection from the region where city Vranje belongs:

1. Is the shelter registered at Veterinary Directorate?
2. Do the employees have compulsory training in animal welfare?
3. Does the municipality have compulsory Programme of measures to humanely reduce the number of abandoned and homeless dogs/cats on the streets ?
4. What has happened with dog Copa who disappeared from his cage after an operation?

Pls be advised while you read this , that euthanasia of healthy animals is illegal in Serbia.

Veterinary inspection answered following:

1. Shelter is not registered. But… they lodged the claim for registration on the day when they were inspected. (comment- They work with no registration and control for years. But it is absolutely normal. No reports. All is perfect. Even Mayor signs the contract with them to “humanely catch, accommodate , spay/neuter dogs. They got the tender with overpriced services, in value of 17 000 euros, which is big amount for Serbian conditions. )
2. Employees haven’t training. But.. it is not their fault , because Ministry couldn’t held the training. (comment- Untruth . Ministry claims that there is no interest for Training. Which is Compulsory. )
3. Municipality hasn’t programme. But… they have been advised to finish it in 30 days. (They should have had the programme and be responsible for not having it. )
4. Dog Copa was released after 10 days in shelter, when he was desexed, vaccinated, micro chipped. He was healthy. (All costs were paid for him, but witnesses saw him sick in the cage , bleeding, there is a photo,)

This is obvious case of corruption and an example of how homeless dogs are used for Fraud.
