Vranje , takozvani azil Davidovac, jos uvek nesmetano radi, iako neregistrovan, iako nezakonit. Može da radi, jer su organi uprave opštine korumpirani, kao i veterinarski inspektori, koji su kolege vlasnika azila, kao što su i kolege Uprave Veterine, koji svojim nedelovanjem  pomažu bezakonje, kao što je i jedan od vlasnika, a veterinar,  Predsednik Skupštine Opštine. Korupcija na veliko.

Niko ne radi po zakonu i ne sprovodi ga. Opšta anarhija i lopovluk.

Ali… aktivisti koji se bore da spasu životinje su predmet sprovodjenja zakona ukoliko hrane pse, ukoliko ih čipuju na svoje ime, a nemaju više kuda sa njima , jer ih već imaju spašenih i previše, a oni budu uhvaćeni na ulici, će biti kažnjeni.

Psi se svakodnevno odvode u konc logor Davidovac, sve usluge se naplaćuju, da bi se konačno naplatilo i njihovo ubijanje. Sve nezakonito. Kakav CNR Program, pa opština Vranje nije ni donela mere. I ne žuri im se. Za sada sebe smatraju svemogućima. A u hvatanje pasa idu sa policijom i pendrecima.Demokratsko ubijanje slobode.

Ovo je jedna od mogućih budućih žrtava JKP Komrad, hvatača pasa i njihovih saradnika, Dr Mengele iz konc logora.

Zove se Dama. Voli da šeta ulicama. Aktivista, koji je sterilisao, koji je hrani, nema više mesta gde da je skloni. Pitoma je, mirna, ali… ako je ubice uhvate, biće samo još jedan pas kog je Vranjanski Bermudski Trougao proždrao u ime lične koristi i profita.

Tražimo joj dom. Il nekog da pomogne da je sklonimo sa ulice.

Tu je i Pegica. Ona je u pansionu, sklonjena sa ulice, pošto je onaj ko je koristio za beskrajno razmnožavanje izbacio na ulicu. Ili je sama pobegla.

Obe su sterilisane, vakcinisane. Oba kompletna albuma su u engleskom prevodu.

So called „shelter“for dogs,  Davidovac, Vranje, Serbia, still works, although it should have been closed long time ago, unregistered, unlawful. It can work, because, corruption rules in Council Vranje. Owners of this „shelter“, read concentration camp are veterinarians. One of them is , by the way, The President of Councils Assembly. Veterinarian Inspectors are his colleagues , same as Veterinary Directorate. All of them, in spite of all our reports, did nothing to change this disgrace. Corrupted from the top to the bottom.

Absolute anarchy and fraud .

But.. the activists who are trying to save poor dogs must obey the law and if they feed the dogs, microchip them , but dogs are found on the street, they will have to pay fines.

The most of activists have already micro chipped so many dogs, some are in their homes, some in paid accommodation and there is no way to save more.

Although , catch/neuter/return is the regular lawful policy, local pound Davidovac will kill them. At first, they will charge all of services provided, and than  finally , murder.  Catch/neuter/return, programm , which is lawful is not recognized in this corrupted hole.

Dogcatchers go with police , armed. The scene from horror movies , certainly has nothing with democracy and freedom.

Her name is Lady. She likes walking all around. Comes in the morning, activist, who neutered her , feeds her, but has no capacity to give her accommodation. She is friendly, quiet, but if the murderers catch her, she will be one dog more who disappeared in Vranje Bermuda Triangle for dogs, in the name of personal profit and greed of corrupted in power.
